Evergreen soil presale

A soil preorder is a one-time purchase of at least one full bag. Prices are $14.99 for 2 US dry qt, $21.99 for 4 US dry qt and $32.99 for 8 US dry qt. Applicable tax and any delivery charge are displayed before payment. No subscription is created.

The collection is in production and the recipe is being perfected. The first batch is expected ready by January 1, 2027. This is an estimate, not a promise of arrival on that date. Final ingredients, directions and product details will be shared before fulfillment. Packaging images are concepts.

You may cancel a soil preorder for a full refund before fulfillment. If production or fulfillment is delayed, Evergreen will contact you with an updated estimate and the choice to continue or cancel for a full refund. If Evergreen cannot supply your order, you will receive a full refund.

Pickup or delivery options and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Where local pickup is offered, the location and time are arranged privately; do not arrive without confirmation. If a fulfilled product arrives damaged or differs from the confirmed order, contact Evergreen promptly with the order reference and photos.

Consultation booking payments

The Bloom visit costs $185. An $89 deposit is required to book and is credited toward the total. The remaining $96 is due at the visit. Any applicable travel surcharge is quoted separately before booking. The deposit is a fixed amount.

The Seedling virtual consultation costs $65. The full $65 is paid once at booking. Nothing is due at the consultation. Both consultation types follow the cancellation and change policy below.

After verified payment, choose an available appointment time. A payment alone does not confirm an appointment. Your scheduling confirmation establishes the scheduled start. Times are shown in America/New_York, Eastern Time.

Cancellations and changes must reach Evergreen at least 72 hours, three days, before the scheduled start. A cancellation received by that cutoff qualifies for a full refund of the booking payment. A change received by the cutoff may carry the deposit to an available new time.

For customer cancellations or changes received less than 72 hours before the scheduled start, or a no-show, the Bloom $89 deposit or Seedling $65 payment is forfeited and is not refundable. A new appointment after a late change requires a new booking payment. For example, a Friday 2 p.m. appointment has a Tuesday 2 p.m. cutoff, provided there is no daylight-saving time change within that period.

If Evergreen cancels or cannot provide the appointment, you may choose a full refund of the booking payment or transfer it to a new available time. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; the payment provider controls processing time.

Free inquiries

A photo inquiry is free. Grove planning calls are free and arranged by request. It does not reserve an appointment or waive a required booking deposit.

Recurring in-home care

One visit per calendar month is $125, or two visits per calendar month are $240. Each visit covers up to 60 minutes and 15 accessible container plants. A separate $185 Bloom assessment is required before starting. Extra routine visits are $125 each. Supplies, travel and larger scopes are quoted before payment. Monthly or twice-monthly visits do not replace weekly watering when plants need it.

Plans are confirmed in writing and invoiced monthly in advance. There is no automatic online enrollment or annual commitment. Cancel before the next billing period to stop renewal. Give at least 72 hours notice to move a scheduled visit; later customer cancellations or access failures count as a used visit. If Evergreen cannot provide a visit, choose a reschedule or refund of that visit: $125 on the monthly plan or $120 on the twice-monthly plan.

Grove is seasonal container-plant advice and care, not landscaping or routine watering between its four visits. Existing confirmed agreements remain in effect; these terms apply to new bookings.
