Have the plant nearby for the video call, with photos of the whole plant, affected leaves, and pot. The virtual consultation lasts 45 minutes.

What happens during an in-home visit?

The two-hour visit includes a plant assessment, a written care plan, and a follow-up call a week later. Visits cover Sarasota to Port Charlotte. Any travel surcharge beyond 20 miles from Nokomis is confirmed before booking.
